RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

SALON NAMAN SENDS A CONFIRMATION TEXT & EMAIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION. IF THIS MESSAGE IS NOT REPLIED TO A REMINDER CALL IS MADE AND AN ADDITIONAL TEXT IS SENT. IN THE EVENT YOUR RESERVATION REMAINS UNCONFIRMED, A FINAL TEXT WILL BE SENT GIVING 1 HOUR TO RESPOND AND ANY RESERVATION LEFT UNCONFIRMED WILL BE CANCELLED.

CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION OR RESERVATION CHANGES SHOULD BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
AFTER TWO NO SHOW | NO CALL RESERVATIONS, A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE TO MAKE A
RESERVATION AND ANY RESERVATION NOT CANCELLED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED
50% OF THE RESERVATION.
RESERVATIONS OVER 4 HOURS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. THESE RESERVATIONS NOT
CANCELLED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE RESERVATION.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

HAIRCARE

WE WILL EXCHANGE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OF CHOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

HARD TOOLS, MAKEUP, & SKINCARE

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON HARD TOOLS, MAKEUP, OR SKINCARE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE REFER TO MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY FOR TOOLS.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES (YOUR BLONDE IS TOO LIGHT OR YOUR LAYERS ARE NOT CUT SHORT ENOUGH), WE ARE HAPPY TO GET YOU BACK IN WITH THE SAME SERVICE PROVIDER TO ADJUST THE SERVICE. NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO SN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION, AND THE ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION.

IF YOU PREFER TO SEE A MORE SENIOR SERVICE PROVIDER TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ORIGINAL SERVICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SERVICE LEVEL PRICE DIFFERENCE.

BOUTIQUE

WE WILL EXCHANGE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RETURNED BOUTIQUE ITEM FOR ANOTHER RETAIL ITEM OF CHOICE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, & HAVE TAGS ATTACHED.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
